    Cebu Pacific Citibank Card can be used for shopping also? or any business establishment that accept credit cards payments?

    I already got one. Any destination means it could be international? Like SG perhaps? I will use my credit card to travel to some provinces to play a more games, buy games like HoN and DotA2 🙂
