Promo Mechanics:
- The promo is open to all customers who will submit a minimum single-receipt purchase/transaction of P2,000.00 in any food or retail establishment at SM Mall of Asia from July 29 to August 5, 2015. Meeting the minimum spend requirement entitles the customer to redeem two (2) FREE Sheppard Concert tickets happening on August 11, 2015.
- Redemption of Sheppard Concert tickets is from August 3, 2015 to August 11, 2015 at the North Entertainment Mall, from 11 am- 6pm only.
- All food, retail and installment purchases are only qualified. Transactions without charge slips such as but not limited to internet or online purchases, mail order/telephone order, recurring payment system, cash advances made via ATM or over the counter, auto charge, charge on demand, balance transfer, balance convert, Easy Pay Convert, Easy Pay Cash or Cash It Easy are excluded from the promo.
- To redeem, the customer must:
- Present one (1) a valid government issued ID for validation
- Surrender the qualified electronically authorized original customer copy (Duplicate / Merchant / Bank copy is not accepted) of the charge slip/s with the name of customer at the back of slip
- For multiple slips generated from the same store or establishment made within the same day, only one qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per customer. Remaining charge slips will not be accepted.
- Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip is allowed regardless of amount of purchase.
- Customers without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem. SM Mall of Asia shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost, faded or stolen charge slip/s.
- By participating in the promo, the customer agrees to voluntarily surrender the valid original customer copy of his charge slip/s to a participating establishment upon redemption of tickets. Neither the bank nor the participating food or retail outlet are liable to return the surrendered charge slips or produce copies for the customer’s records. However, the customer may request for the retrieval of the copy of the charge slip subject to the bank’s or the participating outlet’s terms and conditions.
- Concert tickets are not convertible to cash and may only be availed at participating redemption outlets specified.
- Concert tickets are not for resale. Any activity involving reselling of the concert tickets will be deemed fraudulent.
