Program Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all active PNB-issued cards excluding Corporate and Distribution cards.
2. Promo period is from February 15 – June 30, 2015.
3. Cardholder must use his/her valid PNB credit card to avail of the discount with the free Century Park Elite Card.
4. Cardholder is entitled to:

• 20% discount based on Best Available Rates
• FREE Century Park Elite Card* inclusive of:

> FREE one (1) buffet lunch or dinner for two (2)**

> Cafe in the Park

50% discount for 2 diners

33% discount for 3 diners

25% discount for 4 diners

20% discount for solo diners or a group of 5 pax or more

> Other Food Outlets

20% discount excluding Deli Snack and special promotional items

10% discount on regular items at Deli Snack

> Accommodations

35% discount based on best available rates (suites not included)

5. The Century Park Elite Card is valid for one (1) year. It is fully transferable but strictly not replaceable. Only one (1) membership card will be accepted per table per meal period. The regular price of an Elite Card is P2,000 net.
6. Advanced reservation is required at least seven (7) days before the arrival date. For inquiries and reservation, cardholder must call Century Park Hotel directly at (632) 528-8888 or (632) 528-5814 to 6. Cardholders must inform the Reservation Agent s/he will be availing the PNB credit card promo.
7. Reservation and stay dates must be within the promo period. Standard Cancellation Policy applies.
8. Offers are non-transferable, not convertible to cash or gift certificate and cannot be exchanged for other items.
9. The promo cannot be used in online bookings, in conjunction with other promotions, conventions, exhibits, banquets, group bookings, senior citizen discount or other discounts.
10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incoporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
