PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The promo is open to all Long John Silver’s SM City Manila customers.
2. Promo period is from June 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015.
3. For a minimum single receipt purchase of PhP 150.00 (not in conjunction with any other promos or discounts), a customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon.
4. Customers should present the original and un-tampered tape receipt to the cashier to claim the raffle coupon/s at Long John Silver’s (Unit 151-8, UG/F, SM City Manila, Aroceros St. cor. San Marcelino St., Ermita, Manila)
5. The Long John Silver’s Manager will issue the raffle coupon and will also stamp (REDEEMED) and sign the claimed taped receipt.
6. Customer must completely fill out the raffle coupon with their complete name, complete address, email address, contact number/s, and signature and drop it in the designated drop box located at the counter of Long John Silver’s.
7. Deadline for submission of raffle entries is at 9:00PM of June 30, 2015. The drop box will be sealed at 9:00PM by the authorized representative from Long John Silver’s Philippines admin office.

8. Raffle draw will be on July 1, 2015, 4:00pm, at Long John Silver’s Philippines SM City Manila in the presence of a DTI representative.

9. One (1) winner will be drawn. Prize for the raffle promo will be a brand new Apple iPhone 6 (16gb).
10. Winner will be notified via registered mail, email and telephone call.
11. Winner must claim their prize from 11:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday to Friday, at LONG JOHN SILVER’S SM CITY MANILA, located at Unit 151-8, UG/F, SM City Manila, Aroceros St. cor. San Marcelino St., Ermita, Manila. Winner must claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification, otherwise it will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.
