Office Warehouse Shop & Win Raffle Promo

OFFICE WAREHOUSE SHOP & WIN MECHANICS:

1. The promotion is open to all Office Warehouse customers. The promo period will run from March 13 to May 17, 2015. Deadline for the submission of all raffle stubs is at store closing hours on Sunday, May 17, 2015.
2. For every P500.00 single receipt purchase at Office Warehouse, customer is entitled to receive:
3. One (1) raffle coupon without any participating product.
4. Two (2) raffle coupons inclusive of any participating product.
5. Three (3) raffle coupons if all items purchased are participating products.
6. Raffle coupons will be doubled if the customer presents his Office Warehouse Rewards Card.
7. Customers must fill out all the details: complete name, address, contact number and affix signature in the raffle coupon to qualify as a valid entry. Raffle stubs can be dropped off at drop boxes located at Office Warehouse outlets.
8. Prizes are as follows:
9. Grand Prize: 5 winners of P100,000.00. Each area will only have one (1) winner.
10. Consolation Prize: 50 winners of Office Warehouse Gift Voucher worth P5,000.00. Each area will have ten (10) winners.
