Mechanics:
This contest shall run from May 16 to July 31, 2014.
This contest is open to all individuals with a valid Philippine passport and any other valid government-issued ID.
No purchase is necessary to join the contest.
To enter the contest, a contestant must:

Contestant must fill in all the information fields in the contest entry form. The contestant must indicate on the form whether he/she currently owns a vehicle or not.
Contestant must attach/upload a scanned copy of his/her passport and valid government-issued ID.
For vehicle owners: Vehicle-owning contestants must indicate the make and model of each owned vehicle. They must also attach/upload a copy of their vehicle registration under their name.
For corporate/work vehicle assignees: A letter of authorization or assignment from the corporation’s authorized representative must also be uploaded.
The number of team names the contestant may submit will be determined by the information provided in his/her entry form.
- Two (2) team names per vehicle if a contestant currently owns/is assigned a Kia vehicle
- One (1) team name per vehicle for non-Kia vehicle owners
- One (1) team name for contestants who do not own any vehicle
No two contestants may submit the same team name. A team name already accepted as an official entry will be automatically rejected by the computer program application specially programmed for this contest.
Deadline for submission of entries is on July 31, 2014, 11:59PM Philippine Standard Time.
All information submitted by contestants will be subject to verification. Entries that include falsified or invalid information will be automatically disqualified.
All entries submitted to the contest become the property of Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), and will be eligible for use in any future publicity and publications. By entering this contest, the contestant assigns to CAC all rights, titles, and interests in and to their submissions including, without limitation and in perpetuity, all intellectual property and other proprietary rights, without compensation or acknowledgement (other than the prizes awarded as set forth in these official rules).
CAC reserves the right to accept and display or use the submitted name/s for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, and decline in the case of nonobservance and noncompliance of this contest’s rules and mechanics.
Winning names will be selected by a panel consisting of representatives from CAC on August 15, 2014 at the CAC Head Office located at 6F Pacific Star Building, Sen. Gil Puyat cor. Makati Ave., Makati City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
