4. Send your photos to www.zagushakes.com along with your name, address, contact information, your favorite ZAGU pearl shake flavors and your answer to the question “What is your Most Refreshing Moment with Zagu?”(Answer must consist of 2 to 3 sentences only and will not exceed 1,000 characters)
5. Participant must secure the permission of the person/people whose photograph appears in the entry and the permission of the person or entity who owns the place where the photograph was taken. By sending an entry, the sender warrants that he/she has secured the aforementioned permission and holds ZAGU Foods Corporation (ZFC), its officers and employees, free and harmless of any liability arising from the use and publication of the entry.
Submission of entries will be from September 1, 2012 to December 5, 2012.
Judging period will be from December 12, 2012 to December 18, 2012.
