Detailed Mechanics:
The Magnolia Chocolait Active Fun Treat is a Facebook promo which requires users to upload photos capturing their child refreshed by Chocolait after enjoying his/ her favorite outdoor activity.
Submission Duration: May 20 to June 24, 2015
Who can join:
Promo is open to all Philippine residents, 18 years and above. Participant should be the parent or legal guardian* of the child.
*A guardian refers to the person exercising substitute parental authority over the child in this order: (a) surviving grandparent; (b) oldest brother or sister over 21 years of age, unless disqualified; or (c) the child’s actual custodian over 21 years of age, unless disqualified.
Steps to Join:
- In the Magnolia Chocolait Facebook timeline, users must wait for the post announcing the call for entries. In the comments section of the post, users should upload a photo of their child enjoying Magnolia Chocolait after an outdoor activity.
The photo:
– should include a pack shot of Magnolia Chocolait (any size/all designs except Sofia)
– should feature at least one child; may or may not include the parent/guardian
-may be enhanced using stickers, text, or photo filters*
(*photo filter- A feature that allows a user to adjust the color balance and apply a hue adjustment to an image)
-should not be taken by a professional photographer or in a studio
- The photo should be accompanied by a creative caption describing the outdoor activity and the refreshing Magnolia Chocolait experience. It should also include the hashtag #MagnoliaChocolait. The photo, caption and hashtag should all be included in one comment.
- Users may submit as many entries throughout the promo period but may only win once. Only one parent/guardian per immediate family may win.
- Contestants suspected to be using fake accounts will automatically be disqualified.
Selection of Winners:
Photos will be chosen according to the following criteria:
Quality of Photo: 40%
Relevance to the Theme: 40%
Caption: 20%
An FDA Representative will be present to validate the judging of winners.
Winners and Prizes:
10 winners of Php1,000 worth of GCs (Sodexo or Toy Kingdom)
*Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
Announcement of Winners and Claiming of Prizes:
- Winners will be announced on the Magnolia Chocolait Facebook page week of June 29, 2015.
- Winners should send via private message the following details and requirements for validation.
– Contact details: mobile number, email address, valid address (for provincial winners)
– One Valid ID (government issued ID, company ID, etc)
- Winners from the General Metro Manila area are required to claim their prizes from the Yehey! Corp office located at 1801 Tektite East Tower, Philippine Stock Exchange Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. Prizes will be shipped to provincial winners.
