a. Go to http://www.philstar.com/ website and click on the Empire East leaderboard ad or directly type in the web browser, (specify URL), and hit enter. The Empire East promo registration page AND complete scrollable promo mechanics will load. The participant must fill-up the required information namely; Real Name, Mailing Address, Email Address and Cellphone number which, once they click “Submit”, will all automatically be included in the database prepared by Philstar.com that bears the exact date and time of registration of the participant.
b. To complete the submission form, participant must tick the box that says “I have fully read the mechanics and I agree to the terms & conditions of the promo.” To read the full mechanics and the terms & Conditions, click the “MECHANICS and TERMS & CONDITIONS” button at the foot of the page, which will load the page containing the text.
c. Click the “SUBMIT” button.
Once successful with the completion of the entry form, an automated prompt window message will appear within the page, notifying the user of his successful submission and that he/she will receive an e-mail notification that you have a raffle entry.A person can only join once, as the system will filter out duplicate entries based on the following parameters:
i. Duplicate names
ii. Duplicate e-mail address
iii. Duplicate mobile number
A person can only earn a raffle entry once, upon successful registration.
DEADLINE OF EARNING OF ENTRIES shall be on December 14, 2012.
