1. This photo contest is open to ALL amateur photographers and travelers who are at least 18 years of age and are residents of the Philippines.
2. All photos submitted must be taken at any of the Travel Factor destinations as listed below:

3. All entries must be submitted in its digital file, 8″ x 12″ (2398 x 3602 px) in size and at least 300 dpi.
4. Entries should be emailed photoholic@travelfactor.org with the following information:

*Note: Maximum of 1 (ONE) entry/photo per email.
5. Multiple entries are allowed. However, participants may only win once.
6. Deadline of submission of entries is on 11:59 PM, September 15, 2010.
7. Entries can be in monochrome (black and white) or full color.
8. Only basic, global, post-processing actions for contrast, levels, color, sharpening and
cropping are allowed.
9. Do not include watermarks, signatures, frames or other marking such as date and/or
time stamps on the photo.
10. Travel Factor reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain threatening,false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous,inflammatory, pornographic or profane content.
Rights over the Submitted Photographs
Full copyright and ownership of the entries remain with the photographer.
However, Travel Factor retains the right to use all entries for online promotions with the photographers consent and full credit. Travel Factor also retains the right to print and publicly exhibit entries which will advance as finalists.
Travel Factor is NOT allowed to lend or sell the submitted entries for whatever purpose.
Criteria
Originality and Artistic Merit – 20%
Adherence to the Theme – 30%
Technical Proficiency(Composition, Exposure, Sharpness, etc.) – 30%
Overall Visual Impact – 20%
TOTAL – 100%
